In the event of display malfunctions due to technical failures, we offer refunds or credits on a prorated basis, calculated based on the remaining days of your campaign.
Refunds for early cancellations are non-refundable. Any credits issued will be calculated based on the unused portion of your service.
Refund requests due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or major disruptions) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with decisions made at our discretion.
All fees paid are non-refundable and are governed by the terms outlined in the service contract.
To request a refund or credit, you must notify K Media DOOH within 60 days of your campaign's start date for the issue to be considered.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 60 business days, returned to the original payment method.
